Boulder City was provided a wealth of land when the federal government provided residents with the ability to create their own city government.  For 40 years the citizens have insured the wealth was used for conservative growth for the benefit of the residents.

This conservative growth has provided a quality of life not found in most other communities.  Land sales have been restricted to votes by the residents and should preserve the wealth for future generations.  Conservative growth has achieved a great community and should continue to benefit citizens and not special interests.
